Four-bedroom chalet 700 m from the beach, 15 minutes from SSA Airport

A complete chalet with a double bed and a mezzanine with a double mattress, in a lushly wooded area. Kitchen, full bathroom in the suite. *Double-door refrigerator. Stove. Dining table. Wardrobe with 2 doors and 2 drawers. Dishes and utensils for 4 people. Double bed with double mezzanine. Accommodates up to 4 people comfortably and safely. Large outdoor area with tropical plants and fruit trees. Possibility of hiring wellness therapies, massages, reiki and yoga. The space. Our house is spacious and landscaped (1,200m2). We have a grassy area for meditation, a kiosk with a fully equipped kitchen that serves only Chalet Caju and two suites, equipped with a double-door refrigerator, 4-burner stove, freezer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and popcorn maker. We have three more chalets, which have private kitchens and are named after the nearest fruit trees: Sapoti, Pitanga, and Acerola. In the main house, with independent entrances through the side veranda, we rent 2 furnished suites: the Praia suite (the small one) and the Oceano suite (the large one). Located on a residential street, with the advantage of being close to the beaches of Vilas do Atlântico and Buraquinho, a gym, pharmacy, restaurants, windsurfing, and Brizza beach. Within the property, all 4 chalets have private entrances and views of the gardens, distributed over 1200m2. Large shaded grassy area between 5 am and 9 am and between 3 pm and 5 pm. Smokers are asked to use the outdoor area and not smoke inside the rooms. Other observations: Continental breakfast can be served upon prior request, until 4 pm the day before, for 25 reais per person. We have some seasonal herbs and some teas that can be picked from the garden. The average walking time to Buraquinho or Vilas do Atlântico beaches is 10/15 minutes. These beaches are connected by a boardwalk shaded by coconut trees, by the sea, and offer international and regional cuisine. The Miragem subdivision is a fully planned, flat, and tree-lined residential area with two nearby squares. One of them, Praça das Corujas, has a shaded cycling/walking track, exercise equipment, and is very well-frequented and monitored. Convenience: It is approximately 230 meters from the nearest market and about 400/600 meters from restaurants, a gym, pharmacies, and snack bars, in the best location in the city, 10 minutes from Salvador International Airport.
