About this cottage rental
Tiny home living furnished with all the comforts of home! Newly built, located on a wooded lot off 242. Only 10 minutes from I45 and the bustling Harper's Preserve commercial area.
Our tiny is clean and bright. It has a large, well equipped kitchen Double loft sleeping area with queen sized beds. Couch folds out into a full size bed for those needing first floor living. Large, bright and clean bathroom. Mini split keeps the tiny cold in Texas heat.
Located on a wooded lot. There is a pole barn next to the Tiny and a 2nd Tiny available to rent that sleeps 2 (please inquire if interested). Our neighbor to the north is a large equipment storage facility business that operates daily.
Private patio off the steps of the tiny with small charcoal grill provided. Shared larger covered porch with electricity and large lounging area, propane grill, and dining table and chairs.

The Tiny house was absolutely adorable! My husband and I had everything we needed. Nice and clean through the entire home. We would definitely recommend for a fun weekend getaway! It rained most of the weekend but it made it that much more cozy. The host was so kind and quick to respond when I had a question before we got there for our stay.

Great little place for just relaxing and enjoying nature. Tucked in to a set of woods this tiny home is a great place to check out. Very clean inside/outside with a nice deck to enjoy music or enjoy a nice fire. Everything is pretty much brand new and very accommodating. We actually decide to stay a few more days!! Host is very friendly!! Definitely check this place out!!

I loved the tiny house. I didn’t care for being in the middle of a woods by myself. I assumed there would be more tiny homes in a row or something. If I would have had a friend or family member with me, it would have been just fine. But I was completely safe. Was quiet and had outside chairs and deck.

The property was very clean and nicely set up. We had all that we needed for our stay. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. It helped that we had the entire property all to ourselves.
