Discover Sego Lily Loft Hideaway, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a loft in the Sunflower Skies retreat, minutes from Kanab, UT. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this home combines comfort and convenience in a beautiful desert setting. Amenities include our rare-to-find seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground!
The Space:
Sego Lily Loft Hideaway offers a bright and airy living area with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Enjoy seamless connectivity with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs in the living room and lower bedrooms. The home features two bedrooms, plus a loft with a queen bed accessible by ladder for those seeking a unique sleeping space. The home has two well-appointed bathrooms, one is an ensuite in the primary bedroom and the other is shared for the guest room and loft. Designed to sleep up to six with a cot for a seventh guest, Sego Lily Loft Hideaway also conveniently boasts a private fenced patio with a BBQ and seating area. Parking is available to all on your own private driveway. You will marvel at the vibrant hues of Kanab's iconic red rocks staying here.

Guests can enjoy the entire home and a private patio space. The community amenities, including the pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit, and kids' playground, are also at your leasure during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the tranquil Sunflower Skies retreat, Sego Lily Loft Hideaway offers proximity to hiking trails and national parks. The neighborhood is peaceful and ideal for relaxation, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle.
Getting Around:
A car is advisable for exploring the local attractions and getting to Kanab. Sego Lily Loft Hideaway offers convenient parking, ensuring easy travel for all guests.
Other Things to Note:
Our shared outdoor pool is solar heated and open seasonally. Pool is open mid to late May and closes in mid to late October (entirely weather dependent as overnight temperatures will impact opening/closing dates).
**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

We had an awesome time in the house. It was super clean, had everything we needed. We contacted the host for questions and he was very prompt to respond. It seemed like we were the only people in the community during our stay which was a plus because we got the pool and fire pit area all to ourselves. We all loved it including my furry baby who loved the morning jog around the neighborhood.

Beautiful views, amazing location, very quiet neighborhood, spectacular night sky. Not too far from Zion, Bryce Canyon and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We managed to get in Zion and North Rim in one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
