The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size with Smart TV, DVD player, and en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms, along with a cloakroom and bathroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, terrace, and furniture, and private driveway parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, a river in 0.1 miles, and a lake in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Set on the River Bure, the village stretches a mile along the banks and enjoys a number of waterside properties, pubs, shops, restaurants and a popular tea room. For a fun trip out you can enjoy a double-decked paddle-steamer, a purpose built boat for the Broads, which can even be privately hired for up to 100 people. The boat also has the benefit of a bar and occasionally a live jazz on board! Horning also enjoys a summer fete, regular sailing races and many other events especially throughout the summer. A lovely location for the Broads and beyond.

This is an excellent property for a large family holiday or couples. We felt it was great value for money and stayed for 5 nights. It is large with modern furniture and plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. There is one ensuite double room downstairsand a separate toilet. Three upstairs rooms comprise two twin rooms and a large ensuite double with balcony. Location by the water is super. Lots of bird life and boats to watch. A daily visitor on the grass, a heron was lovely. There is a well equipped kitchen and washing facilities in a separate room. The house has ample parking space for cars and is near the shops, pub and cafes. All worth a visit. We hired a boat for the day from horning a 10-15 minute walk away. Wroxham is also a short drive away with larger shops, Roy's supermarket, boat hire and plenty of pubs and restaurants. We visited Pensthorpe narute reserve at Fakenham for the day and Hoveton Hall estate and gardens. Both great and nearby. We also fitted in a day out to Sheringham, a lovely coastal town. I would highly recommend this property and all the surrounding area has to offer.
