THE LAYOUT
Offering four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, Beautiful Sunset comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. As you make your way up the stairs or elevator to the main floor, you will be taken in by the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area bursting with natural light. Enjoy family time together around the spacious living room. Main floor offers two bedroom ensuites with queen beds. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs with cookware, dishware and appliances, including dishware items that are poolside- and kid-friendly. The private elevator is accessible from the ground floor to all levels of the home, ideal for carrying luggage and groceries.
After a day at the beach, make the most of family movie night and popcorn in your private home theater on the top floor. The spacious primary bedroom suite will take your breath way with the soaring high ceilings and majestic ocean views. Ensuite bathroom is complete with soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. The house is absolutely perfect! Truly the most stunning location and many of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was nice. Only qualm was we had to keep reaching out to have the hot tub heated as the control panel was locked. And the slider was extremely hard to open but they mentioned that’s being replaced next week. Otherwise it’s perfect!

We stayed at Beautiful Sunset for one week with 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was beautiful and very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths on the top and main floor. The Basement had a full bath, 2 bedrooms and plenty of space for our family with the two children. We had a few issues but Collier Realty came right over and answered all our questions. Having the pool and beach right outside was wonderful...and the sunset views were amazing. The location was great, shopping and restaurants are very close.We would definitely stay here again.

House was great and Arlen and Jaime were right there from the in processing - small problems that arose. House was comfortable ( A/C was kept at 72 and that was still cool ), very clean and the lift worked out great. Definitely will stay here again.

Great house, clean, nice location. Very spacious, decorations, furnishings, all very nice. Minor things like a bath mat for getting out of the showers. We found only one in the laundry room cabinet. The sliding glass door was almost impossible to open and close. We placed a call and had a very quick response. He attempted to oil it, but it did not help. It got more difficult throughout the week. It often took two adults to open, close the door. It did help tone up our core! The kids were not able to get in or out without help. There was an issue with the spa and again quick response. Would definitely stay there again.
