About this house rental
Just a 8 minute drive from Palmerston North CBD, in the small village of Longburn. We have a newly renovated guest house situated at the back of our property. With three bedrooms and a fold out couch to relax on while you watch T.V. You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a central system throughout this beautiful home.
One car or a car and trailer can be parked safely on the property if required.
We have two cats but do not allow pets.
Parties are prohibited.
The space
Bedroom One has a queen size bed.
Bedroom Two has a queen size bed.
Bedroom Three has bunk beds they do have a 90kg weight limit on them.
1 fold out couch in the lounge.
Guest access
We have a shared deck at the front of the air bnb and a shared back area with a swing and slide set that our guests are more than welcome to enjoy. A paddling pool is also available upon request at no extra charge :)
Other things to note
Guests can smoke and vape outside on our shared deck. Ashtrays are provided

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but filled with thoughtful extra touches and treats that made our time feel truly special. From the moment we arrived, Ann-Marie and Tai went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience. Highly recommend—we’d love to come back!
