The Space:
Top pool is a spa spillover, not a hot tub!
Pool heating is extra $50 charge per day! Please let us know 1-2 days prior to arrival if heating is desired, it does take a little time to heat the pool.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that you may be required to complete an online check-in form before your arrival. This includes providing a valid ID and, if required by the property association for on-site amenities, a card on file. For guests driving, if gate access is necessary, a valid driver's license must be presented at the security gate.
If there are cleanliness concerns with the stay, guests have 6 hours from the official check in time to reach out to us for remedy.

House is very large and nice! Pool and some areas left a little dirty but it was a good overall stay. Pool was missing about a foot of water. We ended up cleaning the pool deck and some windows so we could better enjoy the property. Nice space!

The house was just as pictured. It was pet friendly with the back yard entirely fenced in. It was close to all attractions and the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay and had quick contact with the host. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed!We had a fabulous stay and are already planning a return trip!

The house was beautiful. Plenty of space and was clean. There were two downsides…one being the landscaping. From the outside, the house looks unkept. Long grass and weeds all round the house. The other was a pretty bad smell that we couldn’t even get rid of with air freshener. It seemed to be coming from the vents. We stuck it out since our stay was only two nights. Other than that we enjoyed the house, especially the pool. We would definitely consider staying here again, minus the smell.
