Escape to our sprawling waterfront property, your ultimate coastal Connecticut getaway. Perfectly designed for large groups and family reunions, this unique property combines a 2-story main house and a separate cottage to comfortably host 18+ guests, offering both connection and privacy.
The entire property features a bright, modern coastal theme, central air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout.
Main House – First Floor
• 5 Bedrooms: 1 King, 4 Queens
• 2 Full Bathrooms (one with a tub)
• A full, modern kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine
• Spacious living area
• Laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer
Main House – Second Floor
• 3 Bedrooms: 1 King with an ensuite bath, 1 King, and 1 room with a Queen and two Twin beds
• 2 Full Bathrooms
• A second fully equipped kitchen
• Living room with stunning views of Palmers Cove
• Private deck off the living room
• Reliable Ethernet connection for remote work or streaming
• Laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer
The Cottage
• 3 Bedrooms: 1 Queen with a private bath, and 2 additional Queen rooms
• 2 Full Bathrooms
• A cozy living room and its own kitchen

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes both floors of the main house, the detached cottage, and all outdoor spaces and amenities.
• Self check-in with a smart lock.
• Free private driveway parking is available for up to 12 vehicles.
We respect our guests` privacy to let you enjoy your vacation uninterrupted. However, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations during your stay.
To ensure you have the best possible stay, please be aware of the property`s unique layout:
• The first and second floors of the main house are in the same building but are not connected internally. Access is via separate exterior doors located next to each other under a covered deck.
• The cottage is a separate, detached building next to the main house with its own private entrance.
• One of the queen bedrooms on the first floor of the main house is accessed from the exterior only.
No Smoking
Please be respectful of furniture and borrowed equipment like bikes, paddles boards and kayaks.
The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
There are a total of three units on this property, two of the units are in the same house (one upstairs and one downstairs). The third unit is a stand-alone cottage.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.

We had a great time. The property was a perfect location for our family reunion. The property was clean and fully equipped for our needs. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for group activities, cooking, and meals. The property has a great view of the cove. There are some nice hiking /running trails in the state park just north of the property.

This is an amazing property and a fantastic location. When I first walked in, I was so happy that I chose to say here. It was beautiful , clean and so spacious ! I chose this home to have my pre-Christmas get together for my family. My kids/grandchildren live in different states and this location was in the middle of all of us. It was so perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The surrounding areas were so pretty as well and we spent a special night at Old Mistick Village. It was decorated so beautifully with lights and shops all around. I also was able to catch an awesome sunrise one morning from the property . It also snowed one of the days there, which made it even more magical!Thank you, David, for renting your beautiful home to me. It could not have been a more perfect stay!

We had a wonderful Family Reunion for Thanksgiving at this amazing property! There was plenty of room for all; great gathering spaces; well stocked kitchens; and comfortable sleeping for everyone! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a great experience!

We have rented this property every October for the past several years for our large family gathering. As always, it’s spacious and well appointed. The beds are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. We take full advantage of the kayaks, bikes and wonderful fire pit. The location is private yet within easy reach of downtown Mystic. We have made lots of memories here! We heartily recommend this property.
