Great location, can walk to Magnolia Street. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. nearby. Great property for family and friends to each have their own space. Highly recommended.

The home was immaculate. Not a great location. We would have loved to have been able to walk to places, but there’s a local transient camp near by and constant sirens along with a gunshot here and there.
