The location is perfect for me as my daughter's school and flat are very close, and I like the neighborhood. It's easy to shop for high quality food on the way to the Deptford station, and the New Cross station is even closer. The kitchen is excellent, so I could eat at home most of the time--I even made jam! I had persistent hot water issues despite having tried to deal with them on my first stay. Literally my only complaint with a lovely place but annoying at bathtime.

Great location but linen, towels, duvet and pillows were substandard. The water heater was difficult for us Americans and a few cold showers were had!
