Pros: close to highway, downtown and zoo. Clean updated. Beds comfy. Three full bathrooms is a real plus! Very nice tor adults who just need a place to stay. Neighborhood old but refurbishing going on. Close to food mart. Host reachable.Cons: no end tables, lamps. Very unequipped kitchen. Plastic dishes. Bed frames clobber your shins. Not family friendly… . no cards, games. Lots of steps. Loud traffic. There is a bright internal security light that shines into the sitting area. Need a way to turn off.

We booked the property for a long weekend. We had a wedding close to the flats in downtown Cleveland. It was a 13 minute Uber ride and was a decent location. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but it looks like the block we were in, was being renovated and neighbors were all very nice. The home was totally renovated and Rey did a nice job. It was very clean and comfortable. It is a good place if you need a place to sleep. Not many items in the home for cooking or longer stays. Rey was fast to respond with questions. I would recommend bringing extra blankets, maybe a sound machine as you can hear a lot of outside noise like sirens, motorcycles and cars. If you plan on making food I would bring your own foil, baggies, casserole dishes and cookie sheets. Maybe they will accumulate these things as it is pretty new. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
