About this house rental
Relax in this peaceful home with four bedrooms over three floors with three full bathrooms. Kitchen is designed for the chef who loves to travel and have the best pans, knives, cookware, coffee, and other items you would normally have in your home. Or make a quick après snack and walk into Basalt for some world class dining only steps away. The home has a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds in two bedrooms upstairs, one on the main floor, and one in the basement. Two car garage and large yard. Walk to town or 20 mins to Aspen and all four ski areas.
Aspen offers world class skiing over four distinct mountains and the town of Aspen is second to none for dining, shopping, and people watching. Basalt has some excellent restaurants within a quick walk of the home.

This is definitely a nice home and for the price, it was more than what we needed. Good communication from host. You can tell this place was recently renovated and they are still trying to completely furnish it. The outdoor area could benefit from a table and more chairsIt was bare bones when it came to toilet paper, paper towel and things you would need for the kitchen like salt/pepper. We also couldn't find the iron/ironboard. It's possible it was hidden somewhere but it was not in the normal places and we checked most everywhere. I'm sure the property will only get better as they continue to furnish it. The only other complaint would be the 10am check-out time. We requested a late check-out the day before check-out and were firmly denied because the cleaning crew was getting in at that time. We waited outside the BnB until our ride arrived and we didn't see a cleaning crew.
