About this house rental

This home is located on the South side of Ocean Lakes, but it is on a spacious road and has plenty of PARKING!
Relax on the large, covered front porch, boasting outdoor dining and propane grill. This home is fully stocked with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. Washer & Dryer available in the shed.
You'll also have access to beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos.
Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, including a dishwasher.
3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms
4 beds, sleeping 6 people. Maximum 4 adults.
Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 - Twin over Twin bunk beds
Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bathroom/Kitchen Towels!! Just bring your beach towel
18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

This was a great location. First time on this side of OL. Easy access to the beach! Loved the golf cart and laundry access. And I can’t forget the outside shower!! Sitting on the front porch in the morning was lovely!! Kim was ‘Johnny on the spot’ if we had questions or issues! Thanks we even got to meet Mike & CJ (owners) Hope to come back again!

House was as described! Owners very quick to respond and so willing to help! Couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in while on vacation!
