Warm and well-appointed, it includes :

- a shower room ;
- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing.
The following facilities are at your disposal: Shared swimming pool (open only in July and August), Hairdryer, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Parking : This is an outdoor space, directly accessible via the BIP parking lot, which allows the barrier to be removed at the entrance.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment's assets is its location:
- close to various restaurants ;
- 3-minute walk from a “Super U and Drive” for everyday shopping.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
