Discover the beauty of Wilmington from this newly renovated 3-bedroom farmhouse. The bedrooms feature a king bed, 2-twin beds, and a queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer, charcoal grill on the deck--convenience is at your fingertips. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything southern Ohio and our quiet farmhouse has to offer. This darling, completely renovated house is situated on a grass runway (2B6) which is a public /privately grass field. Runway is 3200'x80' and with well maintained grass. Small planes may be tied out at the house or request a hangar rental (additional). It’s quiet with minimal activity

We are 10 miles from the World Equestrian Center. One hour from Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati.
