    The only thing good about the hotel is location and couple of boys who work there during the evenings. They treat you as if they are doing some big favour by letting you stay. We paid for their premium room with balcony and they gave us a basic smelly room. I had to argue for 2 hours after an overnight flight to prove to them that I booked their premium room. They had the audacity to first shrug me off and then tell me; 'okay fine! we will shift you to the other room' with weird faces. The room cleaning wouldn't take place even after multiple requests so you do your own bit to keep the room clean. Their restaurant is as small as a room and their food menu is even smaller if you don't eat meat. If you're a bag packer; you can adjust but with family when you actually travel, this isn't the place. I found multiple better options there and we switched to Hotel Sapphire after 3 days of horror at Central Baku. then we enjoyed our trip.

    Me and my wife reached till hotel from airport and soon after we arrive we have told by the reception your booking is not valid and need to move you to another hotel which is under them. Even for the payment there was little problem because they didn't accept card. Later we are forced to move ( walk with our luggage) to another hotel which is named central city hotel and if you want to search in Google for this name to book taxi you will not see it then you will see mirror hotel in the map. But overall we stayed there 2 night and the breakfast, facilities and location of the hotel is very good. So in conclusion I can say if they don't move us, this is really worth the money

    The place wasn’t very clean, with random stains on the floor. The rooms aren’t soundproof at all,you can hear everything from outside. The bathroom felt unhygienic, and the faucet was broken. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if cleanliness issues easily put you off.
