About this apartment rental
Spacious, beachfront apartment on the first floor of a small residential complex with a total of 4 apartments. Separate access - with balcony, roof terrace and outdoor area on the ground floor.
Casa Bayeu is located in a quiet, airy neighborhood, only 350 meters from the beach. Our spacious holiday home has recently been completely renovated to a high standard and completely refurnished with modern furniture.
Two spacious, comfortable bedrooms, a living area and a separate dining room (which can also be used as a home office) make the stay extremely comfortable. A centrally controlled air conditioning system ensures a pleasant living climate in all areas. The windows are mostly equipped with electric external shutters and insect blinds.
The living area has a wall-mounted, modern flat-screen TV and contains free Samsung TV Plus programs. With your own login you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming platforms (please delete your login details after the end of your holiday). A comfortable sofa with chaise longue invites you to relax.
There is a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed (180*200) and a second bedroom with two comfortable 105*200 beds. The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower and is of the latest standard. Towels, towel for sun lounger (please bring large beach towels) and bed linen are included. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with an oven, induction stove, microwave and plenty of cookware. In a separate outdoor area next to the kitchen is the washing machine and an additional sink.
The spacious roof terrace with panoramic views and its four comfortable Italian sun loungers invites you to sunbathe. The large pergola with the lounge set invites you to linger. Enjoy fantastic sunrises and sunsets over Los Alcazares. Simply terrific!
In the outdoor area on the ground floor there is a large parasol with a shaded, comfortable seating area for eating, barbecuing and relaxing. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water here.
There is a private parking space on the enclosed plot and makes the search for a parking space customary in the beach area superfluous.
