About this house rental
This peaceful and quiet place allows you to enjoy nature and some of Idaho’s finest fishing. Located in Juliaetta, sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful sound of the river watching eagles fly about or walk down the path to the river and fish salmon or steelhead.
This home features a beautiful deck to sit on and watch the river and wildlife while having dinner or barbequing on the back covered dining area. The full kitchen has pots & pans, baking pans, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, cups, coffee makers and Keurig, and many more amenities. There are some stocked items such as spices, oil, sugar, etc. The counter is comfortable to sit at or the dining table.
The living room is very comfortable and also has a beautiful view of the river and mountain. There is a 65” TV, DVD player, WiFi/internet, some movies, games, and books.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and closet with attached Master Bath with a shower. Bedroom 1 has a nice queen bed and closet, and Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a closet. The rooms have bedding and in the winter, electric blankets. The guest bath has a large shower. Bathrooms have towels and a hair dryer.
There is a laundry area in the entry with a washer and dryer, soap, laundry basket and iron/ironing board.
Although the river is right across, there are boat launching areas nearby and sport fishing charters to enjoy the day fishing on. In the garage area, that does not have vehicle access, there is a place to hang your fishing rods and a work area for your fishing gear.
If you still want more, this home is near to cities, restaurants, wineries, breweries, festivals/events, museums, jet boat tours, casinos, sporting events (NAIA Annual Tournament), golfing, lakes, rivers, and so much more!

The front of the house has lights and an area to park. The property has four cameras facing out to the fence for security. There are no cameras in the home. If you bring a boat, please let us know and we can clarify where this can be parked.

This house is fantastic! So clean and charming and felt like home right away. We had a great time drinking coffee on the patio and watching the humming birds of a morning, then heading down to the river with our lawn chairs, coolers and music until the afternoon. One night we headed to Kendrick for some good food at Hardware Brewery and the next day we went and tasted some wine right down the road at the Rivaura. We made breakfast at the house in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoyed breakfast on the patio. We can’t wait to go back for a fishing trip this winter!Highly recommend!

Fantastic location on the Clearwater River absolutely immaculately clean, but the coolest thing was all the special touches from the hosts, Laura and Joe. The little extras were much appreciated!Not to mention how peaceful it was at your place. Really took the travel out of traveling. Allowed us to enjoy our sons graduation from college.
