This beautiful 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment features a modern coastal design with impressive ocean views. Enjoy access to a shared below-ground pool, an inviting outdoor dining area, and the beach just moments away. The property is also only a short stroll from the lively Scarborough Esplanade, home to popular cafés, restaurants, and local attractions.
Please note: There is construction next door which may cause some noise.

We take regular preventative measures, including spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage, to minimise their presence. However, from time to time they may still appear. If this happens during your stay, you’re welcome to use the bug spray provided in the kitchen, or simply reach out to us and we’ll be glad to assist.

We stayed at the end of winter / beginning of spring. It was amazing for both seasons. Warm with a view and close enough for a stroll yo the beach when warm.
