The chalet offers breathtaking 180-degree views facing south over the lake and its wooded surroundings, thanks to its expansive glass back façade. Experience great comfort in nature with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and beautiful activities at the lake, on the estate, and nearby!
The Space:
Enjoy a dream stay in a spacious, comfortable, and high-end chalet right on the edge of a stunning lake in the heart of nature (non-smoking. Pets allowed under certain conditions). Chalet DesignPur has direct access to the lake, featuring a large completely private dock with chairs for relaxation, two kayaks, and a pedal boat available from May to November (life jackets provided). Please note that a fishing rowboat and canoe can be provided upon request. In winter, an ice rink is set up on the lake for everyone's enjoyment.
The chalet has central heating with air conditioning and is secured by an alarm system connected to a central monitoring station, as well as a camera system at the entrance.
On the Upper Floor:
The entrance to the chalet is on the upper floor, where you will find a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace (available from November to April), equipped with an HD television and FM sound system with Bluetooth connection for listening to your favorite music. The large dining room comfortably seats 8 people. The linear kitchen, fully equipped, is perfect for cooking with family or friends. On this floor, the full bathroom features a freestanding tub and a glass shower. Towels are provided, but you need to bring your own towels for the hot tub and swimming in the lake. You will find two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, furnished with hotel-quality mattresses and bedding (1 room with a King bed + 1 room with a Queen bed). The other two bedrooms are located on the garden level.
On the Garden Level:
On the lower level, you will find two spacious bedrooms furnished with hotel-quality mattresses and bedding (1 room with a King bed + 1 room with a Queen bed) and a bathroom with a glass shower. At the end of the hallway, a home theater room with a 60” screen smart TV (Netflix) and Blu-ray/DVD available will be perfect for long winter evenings. Please note that the chalet has a second fridge in the basement, two baby cribs, and 2 booster seats. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is available on the garden level.
Outside:
Chalet DesignPur has direct access to the lake, featuring a large completely private dock with chairs for relaxing, two kayaks, and a pedal boat available from May to November (life jackets provided). Please note that a fishing rowboat and canoe can be provided upon request. In winter, an ice rink is set up on the lake for everyone's enjoyment.
The chalet is equipped with a large 6-person hot tub available year-round and an outdoor terrace with a fire pit (wood provided). A functional propane barbecue accessible year-round will delight grilling enthusiasts in all seasons. The chalet's parking can easily accommodate 5 cars, but in winter, it is preferable to access the chalet with a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, as the driveway is sloped.

This property does not disappoint. The images online are a true representation of the chalet and the property as a whole. It combined modern and rustic elements which, together with the lake setting, created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The whole family (2 adults and 2 pre-teens) had a wonderful time swimming, kayaking, relaxing by the lake and roasting marshmallows. We were also blessed by a lack of mosquitos and black flies which added to our enjoyment. Our kids loved it so much they have asked when we can go back. The owner, Nicholas, was wonderful to deal with and incredibly responsive to any inquiries. This chalet would definitely be a place we would be happy to return to.

We loved our vacation! The chalet itself is beautifully decorated, and the beds were the most comfortable of all the places we stayed (and we rent often!). The dock however was our favourite, we loved swimming in the beautiful lake and lounging on those red Muskoka chairs. We went again every night just before the sun went down and our 5 yr old jumped into the lake every time (with his pjs).. it was so warm even in June.
After a great day in the sun we very much enjoyed the amazing movie collection, what a treat! Thank you Nicolas for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We have great memories.

Everything was as advertised. Well equipped chalet, great location, very quiet. We spent a lot of time snowshoeing and enjoying the lake. The chalet was spacious, warm and the views were amazing. We will return.
