My daughter and I stayed at this property and it was lovely! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, it had everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom, and it even had a washer and dryer! The location was in a quiet neighborhood and came with your own parking and outdoor sitting area. Check in was smooth and seamless. We visited the Western Art Fair downtown and went paddle boarding at Watson Lake. Already looking forward to our return to this home and beautiful Prescott!

The place was very clean ... had everything we needed. Location was great with easy access. Host answered questions and was hospitable. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and convenient location. Comfortable bed and great shower. Everything you need in the kitchen with a nice private, but easily accessible entrance.

1st VRBO experience and I definitely choose the right one. This place is awesome. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It made our stay in Prescott even more enjoyable. Only thing I wish it had was a patio heater. It was a bit too chilly in the morning and evenings to really get a chance to enjoy that part of it. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We WILL be back and we highly recommend Pauper's Place. Ps - My wife is a clean freak and she was totally at home here. High marks for the hypo allergenic soaps and detergent. I'm sure many people will appreciate it. Great job guys!
