    Cleanliness was meh. There was hair and dried contact lens stuck to the wall of the bathroom upon check in. Was asked to agree to at least one day for room cleaning during my 4 nights' stay but found unknown stains on my suitcase after room cleaning. Location is also meh because it's slightly further away (7 mins walk) from Otsu Station. Convenient store is 5 mins walk away. No restaurants nearby. Breakfast was also meh for 1000yen. Food was dry and not nicely seasoned.

    I stayed for 4 nights (14-18 December 2025) in a single room. Everything are good, the room is comfortable and staff are friendly. The hotel is a bit of distance from JR Otsu station, but still within walking distance and the road is flat with proper pedestrian walkway.

    The location isn't the best, making it a bit challenging to explore the area on foot, but the bathroom was well-maintained and the housekeeping staff did a great job. While the facilities were adequate, sleep quality could use improvement due to noise or comfort issues. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, which added a nice touch to the overall experience, making it a reasonable option for a short stay.
