Faubourg Station

I travelled with my family and we enjoyed our stay there. However, there wasn’t enough hand and body soap. I would recommend this to any family who wants to live there for holidays.

The property feels secure. There are quite a few locked doors between the street and your hotel room. This place comes across less like a hotel and more like an apartment building. It has several flights of stairs. We stayed in two different rooms. One room seemed to have mold in the bedroom. Both rooms had an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Apart from that, the kitchens appeared clean, the bedding appeared clean, the beds were comfortable, the decor was welcoming, we felt safe, etc. The air conditioning worked well. The location was close to the train station and the metro, and there is a carrefour (store) closeby. It fit our needs for one night.

Spacious suite with most amenites available. Very convenient location for Gare du Nord. No bathroom mirror & many fixtures were loose despite looking brand new. Not suitable for anyone older or with mobility issues. Suite located on the second floor, no elevator & requiring multiple different key codes to access your suite

The location is very convenient and close to the train station, which made getting around easy. However, the surrounding area feels a bit unsafe at night, so it may not be ideal for walking around after dark. There is no elevator, so if you have large or multiple suitcases, be prepared to carry them up two flights of stairs to reach the room. The bathroom is also quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, to reach the room you need to enter 4–5 different door codes, and it took us at least five minutes each time just to get through all the doors. This made coming and going a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but keep these points in mind when booking.
