You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber, Taxis, and Pedicabs are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan`s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

We stayed in Charleston for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The house is in a great location and walkable to many different things. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Unfortunately the ceiling fans in the 2 secondary bedrooms did not work, so it got hot during the night. The house backs up to the interstate, so the traffic is quite loud if that bothers you. We didn’t have much trouble tuning out that noise. This unit is the lower level of a two story house, and unfortunately the people who stayed above us were very loud, drunk, and stayed up all night being obnoxiously loud and banging things. This prevented us from sleeping all the nights they were there for their stay, so I would also keep that in mind. I would stay here again, but would opt for the upstairs so it might not be as loud. Great price and location!
