Esse flat fica dentro de um hotel. As instalações do hotel e funcionários são excelentes, mas o flat está velho, móveis danificados. Não tinha cortinas, somente um que blackout estava caindo.
Exigem uma caução antecipada de R$500,00 por ocasião da reserva a ser devolvida “por ocasião da vistoria de checkout.” Mas ao entrar no apartamento já encontrei a mesinha lateral danificada. Limpeza muito ruim.
