Availability of the host, nice kitchen and ok balcony.
I did not expect a lot but it was a bit pricey for what you get.

The cutlery/plates were dirty, also a cockroach was inside.
some of the walls were dirty as well and there was plenty of dust on the terrace, under the bed and under the shelves.
