Comfortable and stress free with parking as I had a parking slot at the property.

Property decorated to a good standard. Double bed was comfortable and the furniture gave it a home away from home feel. The only thing amiss is a TV, however, for the price charged it’s good value for your money.

Cheap spacious room with clean bed and shower.

Spacious room. Bathroom only across the landing and was ok. Safe parking off road for car.

Some spiders in room. Nowhere to make tea or anything. Random items in room like someone's sandels?

High expectations!

The room itself was fine: very spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, good decor and lighting, also a window that could be opened right out to let in plenty of air. Normally the best i could expect at that price if my expectations hadn't been overly high from the description.

The room description (as appears on my booking app) is misleading and confusing - says "room includes private bathroom (and mentioned that as an option though does say "shared" in the heading once i booked), provides tea/coffee maker". And not having even a basic kettle was a disappointment as you'd normally expect that in the UK, also not ideal having to go down to ground floor from the second just to boil water. There was an issue with the front door: only locking by lifting handle may be a common design in Derby but it's not one i've ever used before, so might have been helpful including info on that in the email or even a sign on entering, rather than criticising me (however mildly) for not - i don't know - figuring it out, and then sending a rather patronising message reminding me to lock it or to demonstrate how.

Good stay, Close to the city.

The place was clean. Good facilities in the kitchen. Quiet area. Close to the city centre. Slippers were nice touch

No hairdryer. Need was soft and creaky, made a noise when I rolled. No interaction with the owner.
