A localizacao é boa, o quarto e aconchegante, portaria 24hs, otimo custo beneficio.
Colocamos na locação 3 adultos e 1 crianca, foi aceito, lembrei por mensagem, havia uma cama de casal e 1 bicama, porem so estava disponive roupa de cama para a cama de casal, e a parte de cima da bicama, faltou a parte de baixo da bicama. Sentimos falta de um micro ondas, fica como sugestao, mas recomendo a acomodacão.

Quarto só tinha uma toalha de banho para 4 pessoas. Sem reposição de papel higienico. Ralo do chuveiro entupido, box enchendo de água e a mesma vazando para dentro do banheiro, mescmo após 2 solicitações o mesmo não foi limpo. Apesar de ser um flat em um estrutura de hotel, o serviço depende do pedido do proprietário.
