Location. Facilities (except no instructions for using anything or for the wifi code).
No welcome pack and very difficult to get a response from the management company. Couldn’t communicate with the actual owners and they (apparently) just kept saying “all the information is in the welcome pack”, but we only had the management company’s word for that of course!

The location of this apartment was convenient - a short walk into Settle. The decor was unfussy and lounge area very comfortable for four adults.
The views from the lounge area were inspiring - even on a misty day!
The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed - it was used for most of our meals, with two meals cooked from scratch.
An "en-suite" basin and toilet had been squeezed into a double room to maximise the beds/toilets, which was good, but impossible to open the door of that easily with the bed in place. Maybe bunk beds would be better in there, rather than the twin beds in another room.

Location was good and the views from the property were exceptional
The bathroom was disgusting. Mould all over the shower and shower curtain. Toothpaste marks in the cupboard and the toilet brush never been cleaned.
