Balcony Studio in Downtown Isla Mujeres

The location is great, so convenient to everything. The AC was great. Bed was comfy. Very clean. Felt secure. The little balcony is lovely. Great breakfast/taco spot directly across the road. The girl that did the cleaning a few times during my stay was very friendly.

Mosquitos were able to get into the room (I guess around the doors) which I didn’t realise on my first night and was bitten. I was able to go buy some insect repellant and a plug in for the room which helped a lot. I asked for water for the room as was staying 10 days and received no response. The kitchenette is very basic but it was all I needed. Having said all this I would definitely stay here again.

Estaba todo perfecto ideal para una estadía de paso ya que queda cerca de los buses . Muy limpio , todo funcionaba de 10 y la atención excelente . Recomendable totalmente

Location near everything but not too loud. Nice balcony (it does overlook a busy golf cart rental business but is less noisy at night). Bright and cheerful during the day. Good air conditioning. Not directly on the street so it’s somewhat isolated from road noise. Good value overall.

Very tiny bathroom (would be difficult for a large person). Advertised as a studio but does not have a cooking area—just small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with basic ground coffee and sugar provided like at a hotel), electric kettle, 2 coffee mugs, 2 plastic bowls and two sets of eating utensils. No drinking water provided unless you ask (learned about this from another tenant on my last day). Need better blackout curtains if light at night is an issue. (Curtains were dark but a lot of light still gets through. Had to put blankets and towels up to make it dark enough for me.)
