Proximity to the temple - only 1 minute walk to the temple. The house is right behind the temple.
The host - Mr Gopi and his wife - very friendly, supportive, caring, reachable anytime of the day for enquiry.
Decently maintained room. No fancy stuffs. No AC.
Bed, study table, one chair, one bottle water, clean western toilet, provided a soap and towel, hot water available.
Since Mr Gopi works in the temple, he was supportive in taking the receipts for the pooja and guided us about the procedures for the bali tharpanam.
Nothing much to say.
One drawback is they dont provide food.
If food also can be added it would be great.
But there are two restaurants in 100 meter range.
Having said this, Mrs Warrier had asked us if she can get some tea / coffee for us on arrival.

Most pleasant location, very near to Thirunelli Temple, with a balcony with view to " Vishnupadam". 🙏.
Bed sheets could have been tidier.
Bathroom window was open.
