Domek usytuowany na środku łąki. Od drogi asfaltowej trzeba było przejechać ok. 400m "drogą" gruntową. Na szczęście była na tyle równa, że przejazd zwykłym samochodem osobowym nie stanowił problemu. Dla nas lokalizacja z dala od innych budynków stanowiła dużą zaletę. Z rana przy śniadaniu można było delektować się ciszą i widokiem przez duże okno na łąkę, latające ptaki. W domku na parterze znajdowała się łazienka, pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym. Na piętrze: dwie sypialnie. Aneks kuchenny nieduży ale wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. W łazience dostępne były kosmetyki, suszarka, pralka.

Irytująca była zasłonka przy prysznicu. Nie było sposobu aby woda nie kapała na podłogę w łazience. Dużo praktyczniejsze są drzwiczki do kabiny prysznicowej.
