Our stay was 19 days. The apartment is very well-located and offers excellent amenities, including a good view, nice swimming pool, gym, and secure covered parking. With better administration this property could be surely 10 as rate

Poor management and a lack of proactivity. AC broke down around day 14 of our stay, and although it may have been due to building maintenance, they did not provide any proactive support—not even a fan during nearly three days of intense Dubai summer heat. The kitchen sink tap was leaking from the first day and reported, this never was fixed. The balcony, which offers good view, had accumulated sand from many days, showing immediately that it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to clean it myself in order to use it. One of the blankets provided was stained, apparently with blood, and had been stored in the sofa storage space along with some pillows. When I reported the issue, they only brought a replacement blanket—not even with a cover, just the filling—and although they took the stained one away, they didn’t remove the pillows that were stored with it. Out of the four drinking glasses provided, one was broken from the start. Despite reporting it immediately, it was never replaced during our stay. Fortunately, there were only three of us, but this again reflects a lack of proactive service. Management did not provide basic necessities for a 20-day stay, such as extra trash bags, sufficient toilet paper, or proper dishwashing detergent (they only provide the same soap used for the sinks, which is not ideal). The security deposit requires a 2.8% non-refundable commission when using a credit card, which is unreasonable since no purchase is being made—just fulfilling the rental conditions. Even though I offered to pay the deposit in cash, they informed me that the refund would have to be processed through a bank account, as if I had one in the UAE, or through a foreign account, likely incurring additional transfer fees.
