MGM Whispering Nest Yelagiri

Very good facilities and environment . Caretaker was very good.

For breakfast and lunch we had to go to another mgm property which did not have space and also menu options .

Breakfast was ok, dosas were good. Vegetarian food options very minimal, super expensive and quantity also very less for the money paid. The taste was average. My review here is for MGM whispering wind and not MGM whispering nest. MGM whispering nest is a very small property and can be a good homestay for people who prefer calmness and no activity but just admiring nature. For families, MGM whispering wind is what is ideal and hence I upgraded paying additional fees to shift to MGM whispering wind and did not stay in MGM whispering nest.

For the high prices paid, dinner and spa can be made complementary.

The property was relatively new, hence very clean. The bed and linens were quite comfortable, had a nice sleep. The staffs were very helpful. The restaurant setting in middle of the garden and swimming pool was charming, the breakfast too was well spread and tasty.

The restaurant and swimming pool was in a different property of the same owner, about 3 km apart. So for one has to drive the distance to get those facilities, which is bit troublesome.

Neat and clean suitable for 3 to 5 families.
