The location and it supposed to have a view It is an apartment
The wasp was living in the balcony we could not stay or enjoy the view that we paid for The kitchen did not have microwave No iron or iron board They could have accommodated our late check in as it was out of our hand, very poor customer service (self check in and could not let us check in late) The price is over for what it is worth.

Value for money, excellent view, neat and clean apartment
The apartment was cost, had everything needed for a family to stay comfortably, cook and have a nice time. The view outside the balcony was just awesome. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and the entire place was neat and clean. We were a little sad that we could stay only for a couple of nights. The hosts were super responsive to our queries, there were not many questions though. The instructions, check in, everything was clear.
Nothing except for us personally it was a little uphill ride to the apartment. But thats because we rode to Interlaken every day and came back tired. But we were happy to come back to this apartment.
