Giulia was easy to contact and met us promptly when we arrived to collect the keys on site. She was friendly and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. She was helpful and courteous.

I was pleased that the apartment had a washer. Unfortunately, I could not get it to work properly.

La lunga scala che dalla strada porta all’entrata che è davvero “sportiva” …vero è che se si è venuti per sciare un po’ di allenamento in più non guasta ;-)

Nos encantó!!!

Muy limpio, muy bien equipado, hermosas las vistas desde el balcón. El propietario super gentil, incluso nos reembolsó una noche que tuvimos que cancelar por causas de fuerza mayor, aunque no estuviéramos dentro del plazo para reembolso… no estaba obligado a hacerlo! Eso se agradece mucho! Y Giulia, la chica que nos hizo el check in, nos ayudó en todo momento, muy detallista, amable y simpática. El trato impecable y muy humano.

Creo que deberían informar en la descripción de que hay varias escaleras para llegar a la entrada desde el garaje, por si hubiera alguna persona mayor o con dificultades… nosotros con el niño de 2 años que quería subir y bajar solo, a veces tardábamos un buen rato en subir o bajar! Pero lo demás todo perfecto.
