B&B Dàmur

La posizione è perfetta per vivere il centro storico e abbiamo trovato parcheggio con grande facilità. Il B&B occupa una porzione di un palazzo storico nel cuore di Piazza Armerina. La posizione è comoda: si esce e ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi, con tutte le principali attrazioni della città, i locali e i ristoranti a pochi minuti. Ci hanno colpito subito l’ordine, la pulizia e soprattutto lo stile del B&B: ristrutturazione ricercata nei minimi particolari e dettagli sofisticati. La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi, il letto molto comodo e l’ambiente silenzioso e sicuro. La colazione ci è stata preparata e servita direttamente dall’host nella sala principale del B&B, anche questa molto curata e piacevole.

B&B Dàmur blew us away with a LUXE experience! We stayed here during our honeymoon and no other place came close to our time at this BnB. Cristian really elevated our entire trip by looking after us so well from start to finish. He went out of his way to treat us with music, granita and limoncello upon our arrival. When I needed to find a pharmacy, he was there to recommend a local option and help me interpret. The breakfast banquet he prepared for breakfast was outstanding. Cristian is a MASTER of hospitality! Our room was spacious and had a terrace with a breathtaking view of the historic center. After dinner and a walk through town, it was the perfect place for us to wind down and enjoy the breeze. Each room was beautifully decorated and had each piece had an interesting story and background. We took a peek at another bedroom and it was as meticulously curated as the rest of the BnB. All around a beautiful place! We left wishing that we had spent our whole time here while in Sicily. 100% would recommend B&B Dàmur for your stay in Piazza Armerina!

Cristian, our host, has an exceptional eye for design and detail. This accomodation was perfect. The town felt very local and authentic and not over run with tourists (like us!)

We thought our welcome was very personal. Often it's a key safe arrangement, but with Christian our host, he met us, helped us with our bags, helped me find a parking space and offered us lemon granita and aperitifs. Breakfast was personally prepared and included frittata, muffins, prosciutto and cheese. He even offered us granita the following afternoon after visiting the Roman Villa nearby. I couldn't fault it. Worth spending a night there rather than drive off after visiting the Roman Villa. There are a few good bars and the Trattoria opposite was really good.
