Charming minimal apt in the center of Glyfada

We loved the location right in the centre great access to the trams. The apartment was lovely clean with everything you could ask for. Great wee bar downstairs for relaxing after a long day seeing the sights and visiting family.

The only issue we had was with a neighbour in the block. She wouldn't let my husband and I share her lift. I did speak to an older gentleman in the block he was lovely. I do speak some Greek so this helped but the woman was so rude.

The apartment is lovely! We stayed 3 nights (2 adults and 2 young children). There's an elevator which makes it easily accessible. The apartment is located in a fantastic location - right in the middle of the city center, but the apartment itself is very quiet. Right below the apartment is a nice coffee house with good sandwiches. Lots of restaurants nearby (il salotto was great!). Self check in was very smooth. Also, we asked for a late check out and the host agreed, which was very helpful.

One small thing, the neighbors' balcony was going through some renovation and our balcony also contained construction waste, so we didn't use it. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, right in the middle of Glyfada. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating, we arrived in Athens very early and they did their best to get us access to the apartment as soon as possible. Accessibility friendly with an elevator (used for pram) and spacious apartment. Bonus that it overlooks the outdoor cinema- the kids loved watching movies before bed

Truly loved the neighborhood — super walkable and close to everything. The hosting team was incredibly responsive and friendly, which made the stay feel very easy and supported. I was also able to drop off my bags before check-in, which I appreciated so much.

The apartment definitely needs more detailed maintenance. When I arrived, the door handle came off in my hand, there were no lights in the hallway so it was very dark, the toilet seat was broken, and the washing machine was leaking. Most of these issues were fixed quickly once I reached out, which I appreciated — still, they shouldn’t happen in the first place. Additionally, on two nights I wasn’t able to sleep because of a techno party and a concert happening nearby until around 2 AM. This is of course nothing the rental company can control, yet it did impact the stay. Overall it felt a bit like the owner doesn’t take as much care of the property as the rental company does.
