Localização excelente
O apto não estava bem limpo. O ar condicionado também estava sujo (questão de manutenção). Faltou vassoura e materiais básicos pra manter o apto limpo como pano de chão. Ficamos 9 dias. A imobiliária nos atendia com rapidez e presteza porém tive que solicitar.

Checkin eletrônico, super fácil. Apartamento bem localizado. Garagem espaçosa. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Vista linda.
Tivemos dois inconvenientes na estadia, mega vazamento de gas no andar o que nos preocupou bastante (resolvido na mesma noite) e sem papel higiênico disponível para uso (havia pouco e não tinha reposição).
