Beautiful Spacious Apartment with Marrakech

The location is excellent, featuring large windows that let in plenty of sunlight and offer a wonderful view of the park. You can enjoy the cheerful sounds of birds chirping in the early morning. Samira is a fantastic host—a lovely person who takes great care of her guests.

Notre hôte était très réactive à nos messages. Elle était présente pour nous donner les clés à notre arrivée et a répondu à toutes nos questions. En plus de cela elle nous a accompagné jusqu'au parking pour pouvoir garer notre voiture.

Notre seule petite déception du voyage : l'absence de clim dans l'une des chambres. Mais cela reste un détail car il y avait tout de même une clim dans la seconde chambre ainsi que dans le salon.

Wat een gastvrijheid en super snelle communicatie. Onze host zorgde ervoor dat we wat eerder konden inchecken en bracht ons zelfs ‘‘s ochtend vroeg naar de luchthaven ❤️

De keuken en badkamer zijn wat gedateerd, maar alles functioneert prima 👍

The apartment is large and spacious, with a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. It is conveniently located near the train station and on a lively street with many restaurants.

However, the apartment is quite old and poorly insulated, making it cold. The photos are a bit misleading, as the furnishings and fittings are worn out. The doors can't close properly, which adds to the cold and noise issues. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, but it is extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep while it is on, so the room remained cold. The apartment is also generally very noisy. The shower is inside the bathtub, but there is no holder for the shower head, which makes it inconvenient to use. We arrived around 20:30 and had to ring the concierge, who did not speak French or English, only Arabic. It later turned out that we were supposed to use a different entrance (Entrance B), which was not specified in the reservation address. After some time, the landlady arrived and gave us the keys. She was very nice and friendly, but did not speak English either. Overall, we were not enthusiastic about the stay.
