房子古典，有些地方略為老舊破損，但不影響住宿使用，到了晚上周圍非常安靜，有洗衣機和陽台晒衣很方便，房間數有3間，總共可以容納10人，很足夠這次出遊人數。
1樓衛浴可能需要增加一個可以放衣物和毛巾的架子，洗衣機在2樓，所以髒衣物還要提上2樓，樓梯非常陡和狹小，上樓需要注意安全。

空間很大，適合多人包棟 浴室水很大，加分！ 房間很多，可住多人，價格便宜 走路3分鐘的地方就有超商，很方便！ 床是偏硬的那種，和飯店的不太一樣，但我覺得是好睡的
客廳加廚房才一台暖氣，冬天完全不夠。只有客廳和房間能待人，其他沒暖氣的地方都好冷 廁所沒有垃圾桶，有女生的話要自己找東西當垃圾桶 退房後沒辦法寄放行李，雖然能理解，但就是有點不方便 住宿的第一天熱水器故障，可是房東很快速請人來解決，最後發現是瓦斯錶閃紅燈挑掉。遇到的話從門口找到瓦斯表，那旁邊的瓶子頂上面的開關
