Not good and not comfortable.

1. Breakfast had limited options. I asked for a heater, and the staff did not provide any, and it was freezing badly on Jan 2nd- said its not included in the property. What if a person was sick????

Prizes were too high for a hotel like this!! The lobby was not that good-looking. The rooms were simple, like a newly built simple house bedroom. No heater provided, even in freezing cold. And they provided a one-night room costing a whopping 7000 INR. Pathetic

Bad Experience

The rooms were good, out of the city to less traffic and hustle

Extension was not working from day one, I called 15 times in 3 days on the give number and no one picked it, when I was standing next to the reception and called again, he saw the call but did not pick and then I told him that I was calling to check and then he felt ashamed. Also, they could not fix the extension during the stay, Even after walking every time to them (5 times in 3 days) and all time they assured that they are sending the guy in 10 min. But no one appeared at all. Then they offered to change the room at 11pm while the kids were sleeping. For every single thing I had to walk down to reception and even for the food. RUINED MY EXPERIENCE AND STAY. WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN.

Urban Suites by Blusalzz is a beautiful, modern property that offers a refreshing and comfortable stay. The building feels new and well-maintained, with stylish touches throughout. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool — clean, serene, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. The in-house restaurant was another highlight, offering tasty meals without needing to leave the hotel.

Nice property made unpleasant by other very noisy guests

Property was nice and clean

The staff are not trained properly. Besides, it was very noisy due to other guests and property did not have good sound insulation between rooms. Otherwise, the property was very nice. Koftas in Malai Kofta were made from ‘gattes’ and not paneer!! A first for me.

My stay at Urban Suites was outstanding and beyond expectation.

I believe this was the first time I stayed in a hotel which was constructed in a hybrid model with residential structure as a part of it. While this made me a bit sceptical at first, when I entered the premise, I was more than happy to see the cleanliness, room services, and size once we entered our allotted room. Since my stay was an overnight arrangement, I was looking for something on the highway and was surprised to see such a nice arrangement at such affordable price. I liked the place overall.

While everything was near perfect, if I have to point out, the only thing that was a bit off was the service at their restaurant. The food was great in taste, the menu was wide, but the service was slow and the serving staff looked overwhelmed and confused.

Disappointed

Well trained staff

No swimming pool available, as well as restaurant by conference. Also no fitness there even it mentioned they have. There is no restaurants in walking distance and need to take taxi to go restaurant.

Very good stay

Brand new hotel and therefore super new facilities. Staff is very attentive and the whole place is so happy to host. The south Indian breakfast is 5 star level. The location is great for business visits to factories near by. The pool looks inviting but it is located in the ground floor next to the dining area.

The security gate needs to be told to let taxis drive in. Guests usually have luggage. The WiFi login doesn't work for foreign phone numbers and an OTP is required. WiFi login shouldn't be so difficult.
