Une expérience catastrophique et un comportement totalement malhonnête de la part de cette location à Courchevel. Dès mon arrivée, on m’a exigé d’accéder à mon compte bancaire, alors que j’avais déjà présenté ma carte de crédit et ma pièce d’identité. Une demande abusive, intrusive et totalement injustifiée !
Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, le chauffage de l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas, rendant le séjour glacial et insupportable. Malgré plusieurs relances, aucune solution concrète n’a été apportée.
Le pire reste leur malhonnêteté concernant ma caution de 1500 €. Bien que le délai légal de 14 jours soit largement dépassé, ils refusent toujours de me la restituer. Depuis plus de deux semaines, ils me baladent avec des excuses ridicules et contradictoires pour éviter de me rembourser : un jour ils prétendent vérifier, un autre ils demandent des informations inutiles. Il est clair qu’ils cherchent à gagner du temps ou, pire, à ne jamais rendre cet argent.
Un comportement malveillant, un service client déplorable, et une gestion indigne d’un établissement censé offrir des prestations de luxe. Fuyez cette location si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaquer !
A catastrophic experience and totally dishonest behavior on the part of this rental in Courchevel. As soon as I arrived, I was required to access my bank account, even though I had already presented my credit card and my ID. An abusive, intrusive and totally unjustified request!
As if that were not enough, the heating of the apartment did not work, making the stay icy and unbearable. Despite several reminders, no concrete solution has been provided.
The worst remains their dishonesty regarding my €1500 deposit. Although the legal period of 14 days is largely exceeded, they still refuse to give it back to me. For more than two weeks, they have been walking me with ridiculous and contradictory excuses to avoid refunding me: one day they pretend to verify, another they ask for useless information.
