1.CP值高 2.地點佳：離車站近，去大阪、梅田、難波、環球影城都非常方便，附近也有開到蠻晚的居酒屋、便利商店、超市、藥妝店等等。 3.空間寬敞舒適：行李箱可以打開也可以走動 4.設備齊全：可以烹飪、洗衣服、泡澡，還有咖啡機，超級棒的！
無（硬要選的話可能是要扛行李爬樓梯，但我們住二樓，可以接受）
