Won't be returning

We chose this apartment because it's a newly built property, but from our experience we would not recommend it. After checking out, the host confronted us regarding "stained" towels. We were asked to purchase 3 new towels because they had makeup stains. We were willing to purchase towels, although those were false accusations. There is such a thing as Neutrogena travel-size makeup remover wipes... :-) However, after the towels were washed and the stains came off, the host changed her mind and told us that purchasing new towels won't be necessary. Also, we were blamed for luggage marks on the walls. The follow-up messages from the host were very confrontational and sent during our vacation time. We traveled from far to vacation in Bosnia and Hercegovina and by all means wanted to make the best out of every single day. What a disappointment to run into such personalities that can ruin your precious moments with the family.

The washing machine was old and not draining. Hard mattresses. Bathroom is too small, and water overflows after showering. The sewer odor in the bathroom is simply terrible. Confrontational host.

Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen, auch das Gebäude. Es war auch alles da was wir brauchten. Lage war super. Vermieterin war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich, alles unkompliziert!

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr moderne Einrichtung in einem Neubau. Nette Gastgeber! Reichlich kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Haus und zusätzlicher Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Da es sich um ein Neubau handelt war der Aufzug noch nicht im betrieb. Sehr ärgerlich wenn alles auf die vierte Etage geschleppt werden muss. Eine Information vorher gab es leider nicht.
