停車場是在社區外另外承租的位置，由於 Wilson 停車場也有接受臨時付費停車，導致二次車位被其他人佔用。第二次不得已停在付費區被開罰，通知Lexia 後很迅速的幫忙跟Wilson 溝通，同意不需支付罰款。 強烈建議，是否可以承租社區內停車位，出入比較方便，也可以降低車位被佔用問題。

The apartment was well presented and spacious enough for the four of us, including our two kids. The location was ideal: close to the stadium, with plenty of great restaurants within 200 metres, and we were able to walk everywhere. There was also a Pak’nSave supermarket within 100 metres, which was very convenient. We had a rental car as well, so having an allocated parking space was a real bonus. The apartment building itself was very tidy and well maintained. We would happily stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

The place is very clean and comfy.

Very disappointed on how they handled the broken lamp, I informed them about the breakage and agree to pay for the light bulb the price was increased from $50 to $60 and cash was demanded.
