Superb value apartment in great location in La rosiere.
Fantastic location. 100m walk to slopes and Roche Noir chairlift. 5min walk to main village and carrefour. Compact studio apartment with sofa bed and bunk beds in hall. Good heating and hot water supply. Nice Mountain View’s across valley to Les arcs. Ski locker on ground floor.
Wobbly toilet seat! No other issues with apartment.

In de voorwaarden staat dat de waarborg op voorhand betaald moet worden via overschrijving. Ondanks het feit dat dit appartement maanden op voorhand werd gereserveerd, werd er in geen enkele communicatie gewag gemaakt van een waarborg. Bij aankomst echter (om 22 uur ’s avonds), bleek plots dat de waarborg contant betaald moest worden. De host zelf was niet aanwezig, en we werden verplicht om deze waarborg af te geven aan een of andere toerist die in een ander appartement van dezelfde verhuurder verbleef. Er was geen schriftelijk bewijs van afgifte voorzien, noch een plaatsbeschrijving. Ik protesteerde, omdat ik uiteraard niet zomaar 500 euro in cash aan een volslagen onbekende wilde geven, zonder enige garantie dat ik dit geld ooit zou terugzien. De boodschap die ik toen kreeg: geen geld, geen sleutel. Om 22 uur ’s avonds, na een rit van 12 uur, in de bergen. Met andere woorden: een zeer onbeschofte en onprofessionele manier om met je klanten om te gaan. De plek zelf was niet gepoetst, eigenlijk gewoon vuil. Er stond dag en nacht een luidruchtig verluchtingssysteem te blazen, en het appartement is erg klein voor 50 euro per nacht per persoon. In Italië (in hetzelfde skigebied) kan je voor dat bedrag op halfpension verblijven in een piekfijn hotel — en dit zonder deze onbeschofte behandeling. U weze gewaarschuwd.
