At first we were a bit not disappointed, but we came from a very luxurious place and our second option of this place was very luxurious as well, so we were a bit disappointed with how it looked. A dirty blanket over the sofa, the tiles were cold and rough, etc. However, the service they provided was completely making up for all of that. They offer a very nice concierge service that also provided a nice balloon decoration for my daughters birthday. And the accommodation was very helpful via WhatsApp for any requests.
The swimming pool was very cold. Not sure if it’s because of the time of year or how it is located without direct sun. Also, both kids got some skin rashes after using the pool.

Raya is tucked away in a small gang (alley) and once you're inside the front gate the world doesn't exist!
The villa is well appointed, the wifi was great, the pool was clean and cool.
All-in-all, it was a great place to stay for a quiet restful holiday.
Our driver could not find Raya as it does not come up on the Grab or Gojek maps.
Because we arrived in Bali at night and there is no reception on site, we could not get timely information about the location, so we spent the first night with friends staying close by. The next morning we were able to get onto management and get an accurate location and find Raya Villa. I suggest you get an accurate location before leaving home!!
