Location was great and the stay was comfortable and clean. Everything was superb
I would appreciate it if the key pickup location could be closer to the hotel. Following my flight, I was tired and sought effortless access to the room key. I had to walk a considerable distance to find the key, and positioning it near the park seems to be risky, particularly for nighttime check-ins. Could you please locate a more convenient, nearby location for key pickup? Everything else was satisfactory!

Location is great for why we were in Sydney.
The mattress in the master bedroom is our only complaint. Not very comfortable. We struggled to sleep. Please upgrade!! Also, a bit more choices on the different pillows would be welcome. Extra pillows of different firmness may be placed in the wardrobe at the top for choice. Pillows are hard to get right for everyone if there are no different choices being offered.
