Appartement magnifique, très propre et bien situé. La décoration est moderne, l’ambiance est calme et confortable. Franchement rien à dire : 10/10 ⭐️

-excellent communications with the rental agency -extremely friendly and helpful security staff. -shopping mall (with food court) directly across the street for anything you may need

-Filthy bathroom, lots of mould, filthy shower, broken light switches, exhaust fan when and if it works can be very noisy at times. -no shower gel or shampoo -Patio door does not lock (important on a open courtyard) -kids playing in hallway making excessive noise till 9:30pm or later -not soundproof at all, you can hear snoring, talking, bathroom “noises” from next door condo all night! -poorly equipped kitchen with no microwave, no toaster, very little yet dirty utensils. -WIFI very slow when it works (does not most of time) -NOT ocean view, rather partial ocean view if you stand at the patio door -sunlight will never shine on the small patio as it is tucked in a small dark corner. -no sunlight at all into the condo as unit faces North and gets no sun exposure at all. -NOTHING luxurious about this so called “Luxurious Condo” just made “good enough” to rent. -Mouldy smell in cabinets. -Smelly (stinky) oil diffusers (3) of different smells in living room (allergy alert), most likely just trying to cover up mouldy smells. -Television provides streaming, however, you have to have your own accounts or create one (pay), it is provided with no channels whatsoever! -if you have a SUV or electric car, good luck parking in the space provided, very tight turns and hard parking even for small cars. -The nice Ocean View with center court photo was taken from another unit, don’t be fooled by this fake photo.
